Fleet of 12 vans, mostly leaving site between 7-9am (before solar peak). 22 kW commercial charging required three-phase upgrade.
Our Solution
40 kWp rooftop, 8× Wallbox 22 kW commercial chargers with smart load balancing. Vans charge overnight on Octopus Intelligent (£0.07/kWh). Daytime solar offsets shop, warehouse, and trade counter loads.
The Result
Effective fleet charging cost: 4p/kWh (overnight + solar surplus blend). 65% reduction in operational energy costs. £30k AIA tax relief applied in year one.
