The Challenge

Three-phase G99 connection required substation upgrade. EV chargers (22 × 7 kW) created variable loads incompatible with simple net metering.

Our Solution

120 kWp roof array, 50 kWh battery for evening load coverage, OCPP-compliant EV charger network with solar diversion priority. We managed DNO substation upgrade end-to-end.

The Result

Year-1 generation 109,800 kWh. 92% self-consumption thanks to fleet charging during daylight. AIA tax relief £30k in year one. Total saving (energy + tax) £58k year one.
