Snagging Inspections
We inspect new build solar systems at handover and find issues on the majority — incorrect orientation, missing MCS certificates, unconfigured monitoring, and unsafe wiring.
System Upgrades
Developer systems are built to minimum Part L compliance (often 2-3kW). Upgrading to 4-6kW at point of build costs far less than retrofitting later — ask before exchange.
MCS Certified Handover

Snagging Inspection
We attend your handover or shortly after — checking orientation, MCS certificate, generation meter, monitoring setup, cable management, and DC isolator positioning.
Issues Report
You receive a written report of every issue found, with photographic evidence and recommended actions. This is your record for warranty claims against the developer.
Rectification Works
We fix any issues found during snagging — from monitoring setup and SEG registration through to full system upgrades and inverter replacements.
Maintenance Contract
