Quarterly Inspections
Every O&M contract includes quarterly visual and electrical inspections — catching developing faults before they impact generation and ensuring your system is always operating at peak performance.
SLA-Backed Response
Critical faults (DC isolator failure, fire risk): 4-hour response. Major faults (inverter failure, string outage): 24-hour response. Minor faults: 5 working days. All response times guaranteed by SLA.
Annual Electrical Testing
Annual BS 7671 electrical testing including insulation resistance, earth fault testing, and full inverter inspection — providing the documentation your insurance and building managers require.
Remote Monitoring
We set up and maintain remote monitoring on all O&M systems, with automated alerts for underperformance, inverter faults, and communication failures — so we know about problems before you do.
Performance Reporting
Monthly generation reports compare actual output against predicted performance (PR ratio), quantify losses, and track trends — giving you complete visibility of your asset's performance.
Cleaning Included
Annual professional cleaning is included in all O&M contracts — using our deionised water system to maintain panel efficiency and ensure your system performs to design throughout the year.
How It Works
System Audit
We start every new O&M contract with a full system audit — reviewing installation documentation, current performance vs design, monitoring configuration, and any outstanding faults.
Contract Setup
We configure remote monitoring alerts, establish baseline performance metrics, set up your client portal, and issue your service level agreement.
Quarterly Inspections
Every quarter, an engineer visits your site for a full visual and electrical inspection. You receive a written inspection report within 5 working days of each visit.
Annual Review
At contract renewal, we provide a full-year performance analysis: generation vs design, fault history, cleaning records, and recommendations for the next contract year.
